Mark Manders - Zeno X Gallery, 28 Years of Collaboration offers an overview of the long-standing collaboration between artist Mark Manders (°1968) and Zeno X Gallery in Antwerp. The publication appears on the occasion of his most recent solo exhibition at the gallery and highlights a number of important exhibitions and special projects for which Manders has been invited at home and abroad from the 1990s to the present. Since 1986, Mark Manders has been working on what he calls "self-portrait as a building". His oeuvre - consisting of installations, sculptures, works on paper and drawings - takes on the metaphor of a fictitious building, subdivided into separate rooms whose precise shape and size cannot be defined. There is no beginning and no end. Manders strives for timelessness and universality by using archetypal forms and familiar-looking materials such as clay, bronze and wood. His bronze sculptures and installations therefore appear more vulnerable than they actually are. With text contributions by Mark Manders, Frank Demaegd (Zeno X Gallery) and Marjolein Sponselee. Frank Lloyd Wright (June 8, 1867 ? April 9, 1959) was an American architect, designer, writer, and educator. He designed more than 1,000 structures over a creative period of 70 years. Wright played a key role in the architectural movements of the twentieth century, influencing architects worldwide through his works and hundreds of apprentices in his Taliesin Fellowship. Wright believed in designing in harmony with humanity and the environment, a philosophy he called organic architecture. This philosophy was exemplified in Fallingwater (1935), which has been called "the best all-time work of American architecture".

RARE RECUEIL DE GRAVURES FLAMANDES D'ANVERS. Tirage d'une grande qualité. Le Frère Joannes Nys, dominicain à Anvers, fils légitime de Joannis Nys, reçut la tonsure le 9 avril 1599 de Monseigneur Guillaume de Berghis, évêque d'Anvers ; c'est lui qui créa cet ouvrage, pour le compte du Père F. Augustino Galaminio Brasichellensi, Professeur de Théologie et Général en chef de tous les Ordres Prêcheurs. Dessinateur et graveur au burin, Théodore Galle (1571-1633) est né et a travaillé à Anvers, il était le fils de Philippe Galle. Joan Galle (1600-1676), né à Anvers, était le fils ainé de Théodore Galle, il fut reçu Maître à Anvers, en 1627. Peter de Iode, dessinateur et graveur (Anvers vers 1570-1634), inscrit à la guilde d'Anvers en 1600, il en fut le doyen en 1608, il était le beau-frère de Brueghel de Velonis.Petites traces de doigts dans les marges, rares petites rousseurs ou taches, bel ensemble magnifiquement dessiné et gravé au burin avec une très belle qualité de tirage, La Vie et les Miracles de Saint Dominique est bien complète et rare.
