Face l'agitation que suscitent les d bats propos de cette nouvelle th ologie , le 25 janvier 1949, Janssens nomme un visiteur, le P. douard Dhanis, professeur au scolasticat des j suites belges, charg d'examiner le contenu de l'enseignement dispens dans les scolasticats fran ais. Le 4 octobre 1949, Dhanis remet son rapport au G n ral : il pointe ce qu'il consid re comme des d faillances graves par rapport la scolastique officielle. Cette expertise sera rapidement suivie de mesures s v res prises par Janssens : notamment, plusieurs professeurs sont relev s de leur enseignement ou soumis un contr le strict dans leurs publications, en particulier Fourvi re. From Jaume I's conquest of the city in 1238, ecclesiastical and civic institutions were founded in rapid succession and built elegant churches and palaces to reflect their permanence and prestige. From at least the time of Francesc Eiximenis (d. 1409), the city's authorities became increasingly aware of the importance of opening new public spaces within the web of narrow streets characteristic of Muslim conurbations in the interest of developing the representation of a Christian civic religion. These spaces, notably those in front of the royal palace, cathedral and Dominican and Franciscan monasteries, quickly established themselves as focal points for urban ritual, especially for the processional activity that marked the liturgical calendar and the devotional practices of confraternities and guilds. Sounds of all kinds shaped and were shaped by the urban complex and were generated by both the festive and non-festive events that, whether recurrent or exceptional, held deep significance for the inhabitants of the city. This interdisciplinary collection of fifteen essays explores the relationship between the sounds and spaces of late medieval and early modern Valencia to gain greater insight into how the city's inhabitants interpreted the soundspace in which they moved and which influenced their daily lives, creating a sense of community - albeit one full of rivalry and conflict - and resulting in a coherent Valencian identity. ‎Gedurende de Duitse bezetting moest een Joods Nederlands echtpaar een schilderij verkopen om te kunnen onderduiken. De speurtocht naar het schilderij bleef lang vruchteloos, totdat Bureau Herkomst Gezocht ontdekte dat het in een Duits museum was terechtgekomen. Het Duitse museum en de erven kwamen overeen dat het schilderij, een werk van Camille Pissarro uit 1882, in het museum zou blijven.‎

‎Un volume in-12°, broché, couverture souple rempliée de l’éditeur, 107 pages, édition originale, (tirage à 3585 exemplaires + 200 exemplaires “réservés à l’auteur et marqués de sa main aux initiales de ses amis”. Notre exemplaire relève d’une catégorie supplémentaire, celle des exemplaires de passe, c’est à dire des exemplaire “en plus” et en nombre indéterminé. En effet, il est présenté comme un “exemplaire imprimé spécialement pour”... , mais à l’emplacement prévu pour des “initiales” éventuelles on ne trouve aucune initiale... Ce qui n’empêche pas que, sur la page “faux-titre”, on puisse trouver un de ces petits dessins originaux caractéristiques de Jean EFFEL (un oiseau tenant une fleur dans son bec), sa signature bien connue, et un ENVOI bien précis : “A Claude MAURIAC”.Exemplaire en TRES BON ETAT.‎
