Couverture en verre. Le dos présente une petite déchirure. Cette déchirure semble provenir de la mise en place de l'étui d'accompagnement. L'étui a été bosselé aux coins. A small in-16 booklet of 145 x 97 mm, 105 pp. Black half-leather with an embossed title piece on the front cover, both covers adorned with marbled papers and with small, finely gilt-tooled stylised fleurons. Laminated covers. Decorated with an ORIGINAL PENCIL DRAWING on the page facing the title page. Beautiful drawing of a man in Middle Eastern clothes leaning on vessels with a long pipe at hand and a voluminous turban on his head. Not signed, unknown author. A gem of a book for a piece of immortal poetry.
Toned pages, solid binding. Some loss of color on the spine, otherwise in very good condition. The inside is profusely decorated with head and bottom bands as well as varied flower headpieces above every poem.
