‎Rare exemplaire de ce célèbre périodique égyptien comportant des articles sur le conflit entre les Palestiniens et israéliens à Gaza en pleine Guerre dusure (1967-1970), les nouvelles de madinat Zayed à Abu Dhabi, la découverte du gaz à Abu Qir (ville côtière dEgypte), ainsi qu'un grand article sur la population égyptienne ancienne. Al-Ahram, est un quotidien égyptien de référence, fondé en 1875 à Alexandrie. Publié en arabe, il compte parmi les journaux les plus anciens et les plus influents du monde arabe. Fondé à lorigine sous la forme dun hebdomadaire, il devient par la suite un quotidien et transfère son siège au Caire à la fin du XIXème siècle. 1 flat sheet (595 x 425 mm) of 5 folios, printed in red and black. Al-Ahram is a leading Egyptian daily newspaper, founded in 1875 in Alexandria. Published in Arabic, it is among the oldest and most influential newspapers in the Arab world. Originally founded as a weekly, it later became a daily and moved its headquarters to Cairo at the end of the 19th century.‎
