Belle et rare carte figurant l'île de Hvar en Croatie, avec partie des îles de Lissa, Orebic et Korcula. Elle est issue de l'isolario "Isole famose, porti, fortezze e terre maritime sottoposte alla Ser. Sig. di Venetia", publié à Venise en 1572 par Giovanni Francesco Camocio, graveur vénitien appartenant à l'école de Lafréri, actif entre 1558 et 1575. Dans le cartouche figure la mention "In Venetia apresso Gio. Franc. Camotio 1571 cum privilegio". Mouillure claire dans la marge gauche, petits trous de ver dans la marge droite.
