(mm 340x240), cartonato editoriale, sovracoperta in velina, custodia editoriale in cartonato (lievi difetti alle cerniere), pp. 65,(7), con 6 splendide litografie originali di Emilio Scanavino, firmate e numerate a matita dall'Artista, conservate sciolte in cartellette cucite al volume. Prima edizione di questa preziosa cartella piuttosto rara (così Gambetti-Vezzosi, p. 758), pubblicata in 135 esemplari numerati, di cui 15 fuori commercio numerati con cifre romane destinati all'autore, all'artista e all'editore, 120 numerati con cifre arabe e alcune prove di stampa. Il ns., 37, appartiene alla tiratura di 120 esemplari in numeri arabi.Testo composto in caratteri Garamond dalle Arti grafiche Tamari di Bologna, stampato su carta Miliani Fabriano. Le litografie di Emilio Scanavino sono state tirate sui torchi bolognesi di Gaetano Orlandi. Legatura di Antonio Capitani di Bologna.Fioriture concentrate in alcune tavole, altrimenti ottima copia intonsa, perfettamente conservata nelle sue barbe.

In-8 gr., cartoncino editoriale illustrato in bianco e nero, pp. (16) di prefazione, seguite da numerose illustrazioni fotografiche in bianco e nero; con una serigrafia originale di Emilio Scanavino. "Prima edizione" in tiratura di 1500 esemplari numerati. Il ns., 217, con una dedica autografa firmata dall'artista al frontespizio, è ben conservato.
