Plates clean (except a tiny foxing spot on one or two plates).Part of the rare Hymenoptera section, with many new species and little known species. Published in the highly esteemed series of zoological contributions edited by Grandidier (father, and later, his son) on the unique fauna and flora of Madagascar. The partly colour-printed (two or three colours) plates are wonderfully executed and have great detail.
