Cartonnage bradel de l'époque de papier orné d'un semis de grands pétales blancs à pistil jaune stylisés sur fond bleu nuit, pièce de titre noire, 1er plat de la couverture de chaque ouvrage conservé. Le premier ouvrage est orné de 19 illustrations d'après des photographies dont 13 hors texte comprises dans la pagination. On trouvera, en fin de l'ensemble, 1 photographie originale en noir et blanc (24cm x 15cm) représentant le tombeau de Pie X, portant au verso le tampon de G Felici "fotografo Pontificio 74-75 via Babuine Roma".
