Splendida veduta del 1766 della Cascata di Tivoli dell'incisore e architetto Giovanni Battista Piranesi (1720-1778). Veneto di origine, si trasferì a Roma dove, affascinato dalle bellezze della città eterna, iniziò la produzione delle "Vedute di Roma". Titolo firma e data in basso a destra nell'inciso. Purtroppo l'incisione è stata eccesivamente rifilata al margine destro e sinistro che risulta priva di margini. Bellissima prova ricca di toni impressa su carta pesante. Piegatura verticale.
