Bellissima immagine allegorica che rappresenta la Francia, incisa all'acquaforte da Raphael Sadeler I° (l'Ancien) su disegno di Hans von Aachen, di mm. 203 x 262 (al vivo), sotto passepartout. Fa parte di una serie di 4 incisioni, due di Raphael e due del fratello Johann, raffiguranti le quattro nazioni più potenti d'Europa.Cfr. Hollstein Dutch,XXI, n. 497 - Benezit.XII, p. 167: L'oeuvre gravé de l'artiste flamand Raphael Sadeler l'ancien, est très important. Con aloni marginali, ma buon esemplare.

Scompleto di tutte e 5 le tavv. Firma di appartenenza al frontespizio della prima opera; qualche fioritura alle tavole e nel testo, ma complessivamente esemplare in buono stato.

Vol. I della Parte Seconda - La loro ora più bella: maggio-dicembre 1940 - dell'opera in 12 volumi La Seconda Guerra Mondiale. Pagine leggermente ingiallite per la qualità della carta, peraltro in buono stato.

Cosmos, quindicinale. Edizioni Vitagliano, Milano, 1933. In-8 gr., brossura orig. figurata a colori (lieve alone margin.), pp. 31, con numerose ill. fotografiche in tinta. Offriamo il fascicolo n. 22 (luglio, Anno VIII, 1933) della rivista Cosmos, dedicato a Giuseppe Martano (1910 1994), ciclista su strada. Da dilettante fu due volte campione del mondo, nel 1930 a Liegi e nel 1932 a Roma, e campione italiano nel 1932. Ben conservato.
