Light wear to spines and hinges and internally with light occassional browning, but overall a good set. First edition of Goethe's second novel which had a huge influence on European literature. The work contains some of Goethe's best known songs which were accompanied by music scores (which are often missing, this copy has 5 out of the 8 scores). Hagen 221
