Précieux témoignage en photographies de Alberto Giacometti, dans son environnement familier, dans son atelier de la rue Hippolyte-Maindron, à Stampa, à Maloja, à Paris etc. Très bel exemplaire.

C'est là le dernier ouvrage de souvenirs sur son mari qu'Hermione Quinet (1821-1900) donna au public avant sa propre mort. L'amitié entre Quinet et Michelet qui se rencontrèrent chez Victor Cousin fut effectivement profonde, mais également féconde pour les lettres françaises : leur communauté de vues, leur inspiration presque identique les fit choisir de traiter, même pendant l'éloignement de l'exil, des thèmes identiques, que leur manière très différente ne rendait pas répétitifs. - - VENTE PAR CORRESPONDANCE UNIQUEMENT - LIEN DE PAIEMENT, NOUS CONSULTER.
