Edition originale tirée à 27 exemplaires - 1 des 20 sur vergé Ingres de Lana, justifié n°8 - de ce roman du journaliste et écrivain Jean-Claude GUILLEBAUD, reporter (prix Albert Londres en 1972) au Service de politique étrangère du "Monde" qui couvrit la guerre en Erythrée, mettant en scène un humanitaire européen, sans autre identité que "Le Chien", se métamorphosant en accompagnant les maquisards érythréens: récit inspiré de son séjour dans les zones tenues par la guérilla; prix Roger Nimier 1988.
