On y trouve des notices allant de quelques lignes à de vrais développement en fonction de l'importance du littérateur et de sa connaissance à cette époque D'Alembert compte par exemple plus de 25 pages. Une somme remarquable et rare entière et complète . Quelques rousseurs en début et fin de volume , largement encore séduisants ! Les volume faisant en moyenne 450 pages il sont d'un usage tout à fait confortables et solide , pas de faiblesse de ce côté là non plus.
