‎Eerste monografie van kunstenaar In s Van den Kieboom In s van den Kieboom schildert opvallend anticyclisch. In s Van den Kieboom ( 1930 in Oostende; woont en werkt in Antwerpen) maakt al schilderijen sinds 1960, maar besliste pas de laatste twee jaar om haar werk tentoon te stellen. Van den Kieboom vindt voor haar werken vooral inspiratie in haar dagelijkse omgeving, maar ook in de kunstgeschiedenis, de populaire cultuur en de actualiteit. Haar onderwerpen schildert of tekent ze door een filter van herinneringen en indrukken die ze figuratief weergeeft, geabstraheerd tot hun essentie. Van den Kiebooms schilderijen zijn zelfverzekerd, geanimeerd en energiek, en bieden nieuwe perspectieven op de manier waarop we de wereld observeren. S'il n'obtient pas satisfaction pour le paiement, il n'hésitera pas à porter plainte auprès du ministre de l'Intérieur, « de faire connaitre l'irrégularité de leur conduite...et les suites de cette affaire deviendraient beaucoup plus pénibles pour eux qu'ils ne peuvent se l'imaginer ».‎
