Rare first edition of Smith's history of the Lodge Scoon & Perth, No. 3, often considered one of the oldest masonic lodges in Scotland, with roots dating back to the 12th century alongside the Abbey of Scone. David Crawford Smith was a Scottish antiquarian, historian and Freemason based in Perth, specializing in local topography and Masonic heritage.
