‎N/A N/A 1875 Un bel exemplaire de cette estampe ancienne. Il s'agit d'une reproduction du Diable, assis en Enfer, tiré de L'Enfer de Dante. Gravée à l'origine vers 1475. Il s'agit d'une reproduction du dix-neuvième siècle (basée sur la chaîne de papier vergé - il n'y a pas de détails sur l'imprimeur), imprimée sur du papier vergé brun. Elle est collée sur une carte de support récente avec des charnières en forme de timbre. Il y a une tache d'eau sur l'un des bords (voir les photographies), visible au verso, mais qui n'est pas particulièrement visible au recto. Une gravure fabuleuse, et un bel exemplaire de grande qualité. 23cm x 28.5cm.‎

‎A lovely copy of this antique engraving. This is a reproduction of the Devil, sat in Hell, from Dante's Inferno. Originally engraved around 1475. This is a Nineteenth century reproduction (based on the chain laid paper - there are no printer's details). printed on brown laid paper. It is tipped onto a recent backing card with stamp hinges. There is a water stain to one edge (see photographs) although visible from the rear, this is not particularly noticeable from the front view. A fabulous engraving, and a nice, high quality copy. 23cm x 28.5cm. .‎
