Rare document dactylographié. Les 16 premiers feuillets, datés du 27 février 1914, exposent le régime foncier en concessions (Formalités et Frais) pour les Consulats suivants: Consulat d'Angleterre - Consulat d'Amérique - American Consulate General - Consulat de France - Consulat de Belgique - La 2e partie publiée par le Consulat Général de Belgique à Shanghai (1912) constitue le Mémoire sur l'Enregistrement de la Propriété foncière à Shanghai. "Au cours de la présente étude, il sera d'abord question de l'enregistrement de la propriété foncière dans la Concession internationale de Shanghai, puis, à titre supplémentaire, de l'enregistrement des terrains situés dans la concession française, dans les environs des Concessions et dans le district de Paoshan.
