1968 xxxi, [72] p., 40 (mostly) coloured plates, frontispiece (portraits of artists), folio (29,5 x 44,5 cm), blue cloth with gilt ship on front cover (dust jacket with gilt ship on cover), in blue cloth slip-case. A beautifully produced book of which only 750 copies were printed. Very well preserved copy, probably due to the slip-case which is rarely offered.
