‎London, printed for the author by Carpenter and Son, sold by T. Tegg, 1815 1 volume in-8 (23,5 x 14,5), de (12)-XXIX-314 pages. "A classic work, first published in 1814, which went into numerous editions, this one being particularly well illustrated.Published in the same year as the second edition, due to "the very favourable manner which the said work is spoken of by the Sporting Magazine for April 1815, also by the New Monthly Magazine for May". This edition includes new copper-engraved plates "taken from drawings made from living fish, under the author's own inspection" Westwood & Satchell, p. 186. BON EXEMPLAIRE DANS SON FRAGILE CARTONNAGE DE L'ÉPOQUE. ‎
