2. Liège, Lithographie Aug. Bernard, 1905, grand plan lithographié, (trois couleurs ), 52 x 104 cm, (plié en 12), bon était, avec qq. petites défauts dans les plis (pas grave). Ce plan faisait parti du Livre d'Or de l'Exposition.

3. S.l. (Bruxelles, Liège), 1905, in-4°, ca. 450 pp, unsewn, disbound, orig. wrapper preserved (but not the spine). Eugène Broerman was the inspirator of a society for the esthetical improvement of the human environment. This idealistic and typical end of the 19th century movement was founded by him in Brussels. From 1905 onwards he published a periodical called '' L'Art Publique''. He also published several proceedings of international congresses which he organised in Belgium (Brussels, Liège) on his favorite theme. This third congres may be considered as one of the major events which he managed to realise. Apart from leading belgian politicians which had honorary functions at this congres he had also engaged architects such as Victor Horta, Winders, Paul Saintenoy, literary figures such as Pol de Mont , Iwan Gilkin, Henry Hymans etc..

Catalogue [II] 328 pp. Catalogue [III] 574 pp. Bound in full red russian leather, with gilt decoration of the fornt cover, gilt title on spine, copy from one of the commissioners of the exhibition, his name in gilt lettering on the front-cover. Very fine copy with only minimal wear at the binding. Complete set of the officiel catalogue to the exhibition consisting of 3 catalogues; general , Belgium, all other countries. Book in French. Livre en français.."

"3. Ottawa, Minitère de l'Agriculture au Canada, 1905, in-8°, 280 pp + bl/wh. plates (one large folding as frontispiece) + 4 large coloured lithographic folding maps kept in two specially made pockets at beginning and end of the book. (Two of these maps are torn in a fold due to careless handling). Bound in violet coloured publisher's cloth, gilt title on front cover; ''La Puissance du Canada''. Binding a bit discoloured but still a good copy. Text in french. This general guide to Canada, published by the Ministry of Agriculture, was used to present Canada at the Wolrd Exhibition of 1905 in Liège (Belgium). The title page received the caption; ''Exposition universelle et internationale de Liège''."
