Spine divided in 5 compartments, each richly gilt and with a blindtooled stamp in the middle. Covers with broad gilt borders and blindtooled cornerpieces. Inside gilt borders. Edges of covers also gilt, Edges of leaves gilt. Faint discolouring at upper compartment. Unpaginated. (272) pp. Last leaf is L I2. Title-page laid down. Inner upper corner of title-page gone, but repaired, shaving the ""C"" in ""Common"". Brownspots to title-page. B7 with marginal repairs. Some rather faint scattered brownspots.

Oxford - London, Université Press - Henry Frowde no year, about 1880, 125x180mm, shagreen binding. All slices golden. With 6 brass clasps. Very beautiful binding. Very nice copy, except names of the owner on the top page. Very nice book-object.

Full leather binding, There is substantial wear to the binding. Exposed binding to edge of spine, and small loss to bottom of spine. Binding is a little shaken, Marbled endpapers. Some small marks and darkening to the pages. Neat owner's inscription to the top of the title page. The Whole Book Of Psalms has a separate title page, and was printed London: A Wilde for the Company of Stationers. 1748. The last few pages are trimmed a little close to the bottom edge. 235 by 185mm (9Πby 7Πinches).
