Augusta Holmès (1847-1903), compositrice, Manuscrit autographe inédit - The Minstrel Boy (vieil air irlandais) - Paroles de Thomas Moore Manuscrit autographe signée sur le titre, sd, in-4, titre-4p. Très rare manuscrit inédit dédicacé à son amie Marie Huet (1859-1939), peintre et couturière, amie proche qui fit son portrait : « à M. Huet, "Erin go Bragh !" AH ». Cette pièce rappelle les origines irlandaises d'Holmès, avec cette fameuse phrase irlandaise signifiant « l'Irlande pour l'éternité », signe de l'identité irlandaise à une époque où l'Irlande est encore sous domination anglaise. Ce chant, s'il n'est peut-être pas réellement un « vieil air irlandais » comme l'a prétendu Moore, est en tout cas une chanson irlandaise dont l'importance est certaine. L'air d'Holmès, avec accompagnement, est une adaptation de l'air original et n'a donc jamais été publié. Cette version ne devra donc jamais l'être puisqu'Holmès a expressément refusé, par testament, que tout inédit soit publié. Cartonnage moderne, plein papier marbré. Rare manuscrit autographe, la plupart ayant été légués par Holmès au conservatoire national de musique par testament.
