L'opera, stampata per la prima volta nel 1866 narra parte della vita di Giuseppe Cesare Abba. Abba raggiunta Parma nel 1860 si unì ai volontari di Giuseppe Garibaldi per la spedizione nel Regno delle Due Sicilie. Il 5 Maggio dallo scoglio di Quarto si imbarcò con i mille per la Sicilia e partecipò alla battaglia del Volturno. Numerose planches all'interno. In buone condizioni. Firma in copertina. Copertina editoriale in buone condizioni generali con lievi usure ai margini e dorso. Legatura in buone condizioni con qualche pagina staccata. All'interno le pagine si presentano in buone condizioni con fioriture. Edition of 1938 of thsi interesting historical work written by Giuseppe Cesare Abba (1838-1910) italian writer and patriot. The work, published for the first time in 1866 talks about part of the life of Giuseppe Cesare Abba. Abba got Parma in 1860 and leaved with volunteers of Giuseppe Garibaldi for the expedition in the Regno delle Due Sicilie. The 5th of May from Quarto he elaved with the thousands and participated for the battle of Volturno. Different planches inside. In good conditions.
