Edizione senza data di questo resoconto di un viaggio nella luna dell'astronomo austriaco Joseph Johann von Littrow (1781-1840). "Pubblicato probabilmente nel 1831 (cfr. lettera dell'editore e Clio)." Von Littrow fu direttore dell'Osservatorio di Vienna e stimato astronomo. Il suo nome è spesso associato alla proposta di scavare un largo canale nel deserto del Sahara e riempirlo con il kerosene in modo da far capire l'intelligenza umana agli alieni. In suo onore venne nominato un cratere della luna. "Pubblicato probabilmente nel 1831 (cfr. lettera dell'editore e Clio)." Von Littrow was director of the Observatory of Vienna and estimated astronomer. His name is often associated to the proposal to dig a big channel in Sahara desert and filli it with kerosene so that aliens who observe earth can understand human intelligence. The crater Littrow on the Moon is named in his honour.
