‎Créé par l'homme qui était connu comme le "Père de la bande dessinée britannique" (Ses dessins animés se composaient généralement d'un seul cadre divisé en plusieurs panneaux,), il s'agit d'un volume de 36 pages publié en 1915 rempli de ces célèbres caricatures satiriques du début de la Première Guerre mondiale du Kaiser Wilhelm allemand et de son fils, le prince héritier.
