L'opera era composta da tre volumi, siamo purtroppo in possesso solo dei primi due tomi. Tra gli argomenti descritti: governo, politica, negoziazione del matrimonio, rotture con l'Inghilterra, Matrimonio di Darnley e di Maria Stuart, Scozia ecc... In discrete condizioni ma completo Copertina morbida in ottime condizioni generali con lievi usure ai margini e dorso. Legatura in discrete condizioni con rotture. All'interno le pagine si presentano in buone condizioni con fioriture. Strappo orizzontale a pag. 19. Parti mancanti al margine di piegatura da pag. 33 a pag. 44. Rinforzo marginale all'ultima pagina. Edition of 1891 of this work about the history of the Reign of the Queen of Scotland Mary Stuart (1542-1587). The work was made up of three volumes, unfortunately we only have the first two tomes. Between the issues treated: government, policy, negotiation of marriage, broke up of England, Marriage of Darnley and Mary Stuart, Scotland etc... In fair conditions but complete. Soft cover in very good general conditions slightly worn in the edges and spine. Binding in fair conditions with cracks. Inside pages are in good conditions with foxings. Horizontal tear in pag. 19. Missin parts in the folding edge from pag. 33 until pag. 44. Reinforcement in the folding edge of the last page.
