Published in: Miscellanea Curiosa sive Ephemeridum Medico-Physicarum Germanicum Academiae Naturae Curiosorum (the first journal on medicine and natural history). Rare.Pierre Dionis (1643-1718) was a French surgeon and astronomist. Johann Georg Volkamer (1616-1693) was a German physician and naturalist. The Volkamer (Helianthus was the nickname the Academy gave him) paper is only one page long and has the butterfly and flying lizard plates.
