Miniature persane : Le prince avec la danseuse
Dessin Le Prince avec la danseuse (illustration 13,5 x 23 cm sur support 17 x 26 cm), sans lieu ni date. Fin XVIII° début XIX°. La qualité de dessin et de mise en couleur n'a rien de comparable avec les multiples copies et variantes récente. Miniature persane finement réalisée et détaillée, aux COULEURS VIVES et TRES FRAICHES ; illustration en très bel état. Livraison a domicile (La Poste) ou en Mondial Relay sur simple demande.
RMF. Rail Miniature Flash (456 numéros - 38 années complètes
Rail Miniature Flash Revue Lot de 456 fascicules in-4 (21 x 29 cm.), revue au dos agrafé, couverture illustrée, nombreuses illustrations couleurs et noir et blanc, du numéro 1 (janvier 1962) au dernier n° de 2008, (manque les années de 1966 à 1974) les années 1962 à 1965 sont reliées dans des classeurs RMF puis de 1975 à 2008 reliées ou en boîte, soit 38 années complètes, en bonus, un emboîtage de 8 n° de 2012 (janvier #558 à août #565), les boîtes et classeurs sont eux-même rangés dans des cartons numérotés/datés ; coiffes frottées, quelques traces aux couvertures dans les anciens numéros, légers frottements sur certains classeurs, bel état d'ensemble pour cette exceptionnelle collection de 456 numéros de RMF. Livraison a domicile (La Poste) ou en Mondial Relay sur simple demande.

" Miniature painting representing the Annunciation.: angel Gabriel on the left side; Mary opposite. With the white dove . Gabriel holding a stick with a banner '' Ave [ ] gracia plena dom[inus[ tecum''. The miniature has a painted frame , width 25 mm, consisting of an inner and an outer gilt section, in the middle a black painted section. (the ''gilt'' sections are heightened with muschel gold). A curious detail of the frame is a painted pendant in the form of a cross or sword hilt (45 mm long) extending from the centre of the lower end of the frame. Based upon the interpretation of the style of a pendant miniature (representing Saint-Martin) and without any further arguments we tend to date this painting as from the 16th c. probably originating from France or the Southern Netherlands; Painted on thick vellum.. Vellum with some ondulations, Some abrasions of the miniature (mainly in the lower part of the picture and some at the painted frame). We acquired this miniature painting together with a pendant of Saint-Martin. Saint-Martin is described as another item (see under Saint-Martin. Price for the two items: 3000,00 Euro. Listed price here is for the Annunciation miniature."

" Miniature painting representing Saint-Martin on a white horse engaged with a half naked beggar, wearing only a loin cloth; and a dressed a begger holding a begger bowl . The miniature has a painted frame , width 25 mm, consisting of an inner and an outer gilt section, in the middle a black painted section. (the ''gilt'' sections are heightened with muschel gold). A curious detail of the frame is a painted pendant in the form of a cross or sword hilt (45 mm long) extending from the centre of the lower end of the frame. Saint-Martin is wearing an elegent bonnet with a very long feather, The collar of his coat is ermine. Without further arguments we tend to date this painting as from the 16th c. probably originating from France or the Southern Netherlands; On the recto side of vellum is a manuscript list or schedule pertaining to services to be executed by monks in an abbey (unidentified). Text in French, dated 1703.. Painted on thick vellum.. Vellum with some ondulations, Some abrasions of the miniature (rare in the picture, mainly at the painted frame). We acquired this miniature painting together with a pendant of the Annunciation. The Annunciation is described as another item (see under Annunciation). Price for the two items: 3000,00 Euro.
