[1607 d'après le calendrier] ; in-8° relié plein veau brun (épidermures, reliure postérieure, feuillets en partie rognés sans atteinte du texte, tout particulièrement en marge supérieure), dos à nerfs (muet, petite trace d'étiquette en pied), tranches rouges, ex-libris moderne et ancien (raturé), tampons, texte rouge et noir, lettrines historiées, deux petites vignettes gravées, salissures, les six dernières pages – renforcées, avec manque texte et inscriptions manuscrites anciennes – concernent le propre de Bâle (Proprii sancti ecclesiae Basiliensis), 30-430-(1)-(6) pp.
