‎1 leaf, 192 x 111 mm, originally the frontispiece to 'Allgemeine deutsche Bibliothek, 112. Band, erstes Stück', published by Carl Ernst Bohn, Kiel, 1792. The frame of the engraving measures 155 x 92 mm. Beneath the oval portrait a cartouche with the text: 'Fr. Aug. Wolf / Professor der Beredsamkeit / in Halle' The leaf is evidently torn from the 'Allgemeine deutsche Bibliothek', for there are traces of removal at the right edge. A small piece of the blank upper margin is lacking. In the blank upper margin 3 small spots, caused by foxing. The paper is very thin and is yellowing.
