Si tratta della causa per il giardino situato a Roma in via S. Sabba sotto il dominio del Collegio Germanico Ungarico, concesso in emfiteusi ai Reverendissimi Padri di Santa Cosma e Damiano che pagavano un canone annuo. Il giardino venne venduto a Giovanni Pancaldi nel 1798. In buone condizioni. Copertina assente. Legatura assente. All'interno le pagine si presentano in buone condizioni con fioriture e bruniture. Interesting pamphlet of 1820, a sentence of the Trial of Sacra Rota for a trial of 26th of june 1820 in the diocesis of Rome. It is the trial for the garden located in Rome in via S. Sabba under the powership of Collegio Germanico Ungarico, given in perpetual usage to Reverendissimi Padri di Santa Cosma e Damiano which payed a year renatl fee. The garden was sold to Giovanni Pancaldi in 1798. In good conditions. Cover is missing. Binding is missing. Inside pages are in good conditions with foxings and yellowings.
