Interessante e rara opera completa in un volume, prima edizione, di questo studio sul politico ed agente segreto francese Honorè Gabriel Riqueti Conte di Mirabeau (1749-1791). Mirabeau fu presidente dell'Assemblea Nazionale, ma documenti dimostrano che ebbe rapporti segreti con il Re Luigi XVI e la sua corte. Quest'opera uscì anonima e chiarisce la storia dell'ultimo periodo della vita di Mirabeau, descrivendone i dettagli più intimi. Non venne mai messa in commercio. Brossura editoriale originale in cattive condizioni generali con lievi usure ai margini e dorso , piatto anteriore staccato. Legatura in discrete condizioni con rotture ma nessuna pagina mancante. All'interno le pagine si presentano in discrete condizioni con rare fioriture e lievi gore d'umidità al margine destro. Interesting and scarce complete work in one volume, first edition of this study about the french politician and segret agent Honorè Gabriel Riqueti Count of Mirabeau (1749-1791). Mirabeau was President of the National Assembly, but some documents demonstrate he had segret relationships with the King Luigi XVI and his court. This work was published anonymous and clarifies the last period of the life of Mirabeau describing the most private details. It had never be put in commerce. Editorial cover in bad general conditions slightly worn in the edges and spine, front plate detached. Binding in fair conditions with cracks but no page is missing. Inside pages are in fair conditions with foxings and slight humidity stains in the right edge.

Unique édition de ces souvenirs anecdotiques, non mis dans le commerce. Leur origine demeure assez obscure : la notice de l'avant-propos indique "Les souvenirs que je publie aujourd'hui sur Mirabeau, sont extraits d'un recueil de mémoires auxquels j'ai déjà emprunté une notice sur la famille Sainte-Amaranthe" (il s'agit de "La famille Sainte-Amaranthe, par Mme A.
