Isndie there are 22 out of the text planches, 4 maps and 945 figures in the text. In good conditions. Half cloth editorial cover in good general conditions slightly worn in the edges and spine. CRacks in the spine. Binding in good conditions. Inside pages are in very good conditions with occasional foxings. Lateral tear in pag. XIV of the second tome. SLight humidity stain in the upper edge.

LI MONUMENTI PIU' CELEBRI DI ROMA ANTICA E MODERNA.
Disegnati dal vero ed incisi dai migliori artisti. Datri, Roma, 1867. Album oblungo in-8 gr. (mm. 270x370), mz. tela (piccole manc., piatti abrasi) con una importante raccolta di 49 (su 67) tavole. Sono finissime vedute, incise su rame + una pianta (più volte ripieg.) con le vestigie di Roma antica per servire gli annali della stessa città, compilati da Luigi Pompili Olivieri. Le belle vedute dei principali monumenti romani sono introdotte da un pregevole frontespizio, pure inc. in rame, che raffigura la lupa che allatta Romolo e Remo.Cfr. ICCU. Tre tavole sono staccate, altrimenti esemplare ben conservato.
ISCRIZIONI FUNERARIE, SORTILEGI E PRONOSTICI DI ROMA ANTICA.

La presente Antologia raccoglie testi epigrafici dal III secolo a.C. al IV d.C., secondo un criterio unicamente letterario.. Dato che le sepolture si trovavano lungo le strade consolari, l'iscrizione rappresenta l'anello postumo del defunto ai vivi, passanti o viaggiatori... Volume della Collana I Millenni. In ottimo stato.
GRAN QUADRO DELLA STORIA DI ROMA ANTICA.
Inventato da Bartolomeo Pinelli e descritto nelle tre lingue Italiana, Tedesca e Francese. G. Gnoato e I. Minesso, Venezia, s.d. (1821). In-8 oblungo (mm. 215x295), 2 volumi, mz. pelle coeva (abras.), dorso a cordoni con fregi a secco e titolo oro, conserv. una brossura orig. Vi sono contenuti: un frontespizio inciso, antiporta allegorica figurata, 100 cc.nn. di testo (a tre colonne, entro deliziosa cornice) con la descrizione in tre lingue delle illustrazioni.Storia di Roma dalla sua fondazione fino alla battaglia di Azio (31 a.C.), raffigurata in cento tavole in rame, incise all'acquaforte, sull'invenzione del celebre artista romano Bartolomeo Pinelli...Cfr. Brunet,IV,666: aussi grand dessinateur qu'habile graveur - Graesse,V,299 - Benezit,X, p. 951: Bartolomeo Pinelli (1781-1835), peintre de scènes mythologiques, dessinateur, graveur, modeleur.Antiporta con pesante alone; ca. 20 carte con antichi rinforzi al marg. interno o restauri per strappi; lievi fioriture o alone (sempre marginale), ma complessivamente discreto esemplare.
