L'opera era composta da undici volumi, siamo in possesso del volume terzo che descrive la storia del Medioevo (476-1454). Tra gli argomenti trattati: la ripresa dell'invasione (visigoti, franchi, burgundii, ostrogoti, l'impero contro i barbari, i barbari nuovi ed antichi), le tenebre del medioevo, la prima rinascita (l'egemonia franca, le fondamenta dell'Impero, il nuovo Impero Romano d'Occidente, la Rinascita dell'Occidente), La tragedia di tre Imperi (la nuova ondata barbarica, la seconda ondata barbarica, la controffensiva, la tragedia del Calistato arabo), Campagne e città alla riscossa (la prima grande crisi della feudalità, la monarchia pontificia, la crociata in Occidente e in Oriente, i Comuni italiani contro l'Impero), Il tramonto del MEdioevo e gli albori dell'età moderna ecc... All'interno sono presenti dodici tavole fuori testo, 40 cartine geografiche e 828 figure nel testo.<BR>In buone condizioni. Copertina in mezza tela editoriale in buone condizioni generali con lievi usure ai margini e dorso. Legatura in buone condizioni ma rotture alle sguardie. All'interno le pagine si presentano in ottime condizioni con rare fioriture. Interesting monography of 1945 written by Corrado Barbagallo of the series UTET "Storia universale". The work was made up of eleven volumes, we only have the third volume describing the history of Middle Age (476-1454) Between the issues treated: invasion, darkness of Middle Age, the first renaissance, le fondamenta dell'Impero, the New Roman Empire of Western countries, the Tragedy of three Empires, the end of Middle Age and the beginning of Modern Age ecc... Isndie there are twelve out of the text planche, 40 maps and 828 figures in the text. In good conditions. Half cloth editorial cover in good general conditions slightly worn in the edges and spine (see the photo). Binding in good conditions but crack in the endpapers. Inside pages are in very good conditions with occasional foxings.
