Ferri fu allievo di Cesare Lombroso. I suoi lavori furono alla base del codice penale argentino del 1921. Fu professore di diritto penale. Senza data ma del 1920 circa. Estrattoda "La scuola positiva nella dottrina, giurisprudenza legislaizone penale". In discrete condizioni. Copertina editoriale in mediocri condizioni generali con usure e parti mancanti ai margini e dorso. Legatura quasi assente. All'interno le pagine si presentano in buone condizioni con fioriture. Usure ai margini. Scarce pamphlet by the Prof. Enrico Ferri (1856-1929) writer, journalist and criminologist. Ferri was student of Cesare Lombroso. His works were taken as base for the Argentina penal code of 1921. He was teacher of penal right. Not dated but of 1920 circa. Extract from the "La scuola positiva nella dottrina, giurisprudenza legislaizone penale". In fair conditions. Editorial cover in poor general conditions with wearings and missing parts in the edges and spine. Binding is almost missing. Inside pages are in good conditions with foxings. Worn edges.
