Introduzione e commento di Giulio Natali. All'interno sono presenti tre planches fotografiche. Bella brossura editoriale in tela decorata. In buone condizioni. Brossura editoriale in tela con decorazioni in oro ed a secco ai piatti in ottime condizioni generali con lievi usure ai margini e dorso. Legatura in buone condizioni. All'interno le pagine si presentano in ottime condizioni con rare fioriture. Margine inferiore mancante al frontespizio. Edition of 1927 of the series "Collezione di classici italiani con note" of this poetical work by the italian letterate and mathematician Lorenzo Mascheroni (1750-1800). The poetical work "L'invito di Dafni Orobiano a Lesbia Cidonia" is a letter published in 1793 in which the poet invitates the countess Paolina Secco Suardo Grismondi to visit the collections of natural history and the scientiphic cabinets of the Pavia University. Introduction and comment by Giulio Natali. Inside there are three planches Beautiful editorial decorated cover. In very good conditions. Cloth editorial cover with golden and embossed decorations in the plates in very good general conditions slightly worn in the edges and spine. Binding in good conditions. Inside pages are in very good conditions with occasional foxings. Lower edge of the title page is missing.
