In 8. Dim. 24x16 cm. Pp. XVI+(4)+396. Rara raccolta di questa interessante rivista per l'infanzia che veniva pubblicata settimanalmente a Roma. La raccolta comprende i numeri dall'1 del 24 Dicembre 1879 sino al n. 44 del 21 Dicembre 1880 La raccolta è rilegata in una brossura editoriale d'epoca che individua il tomo come volume primo, tuttavia su ICCU è censita solo quest'annata, non abbiamo trovato traccia di annate successive. All'interno presenti articoli di un viaggio in Francia con numerose notizie di fattorie, le scuole, la cartiera, lavori delle donne in Lorena; Roma antica e moderna: letteratura (la fontana Paolina, il Monte Pincio; il Monte Testaccio; la Basilica Costantiniana); letture per bambini piccoli; religione (Sant'Agnese, Martirio dei Ss. Vito, Modesto e Crescenzo); varietà; componimenti a premio e premiati (testi scritti da bambini pubblicati nella rivista) ecc.... In buone condizioni. Rarissima raccolta, solo tre copie censite su ICCU. Alto valore. Brossura editoriale in discrete condizioni generali con lievi usure e piegature ai margini e dorso. Legatura in mediocri condizioni, corpo del libro diviso in due parti. All'interno le pagine si presentano in buone condizioni con rare fioriture. Scarce collection of this interesting magazine for children published each week in Rome. The collection includes numbers from 1 of the 24th of December 1879 until the n. 44 of the 21st of December 1880. The collection is bound in a editorial cover individuating the tome as first volume, but we didn't found any information of further volumes. Inside there are articles of a voyage in France with different information of farms, schools, paper firms, works of women in Lorena; Ancient and modern Rome: litterature (the Paolina fountain, the Pincio mountain; the Testaccio mountain; the Basilica Costantiniana); readings for children; religion (Sant'Agnese, Martirio dei Ss. Vito, Modesto e Crescenzo); varieties; prize componiments (texts written by children published in the magazine) etc.... In good conditions. Very scarce collection, only three copies on ICCU. High value. Editorial cover in fair general conditions slightly worn with foldings in the edges and spine. Binding in poor conditions, the body of the book divided into two parts. Inside pages are in good conditions with occasional foxings.
