La quarta opera è la "Teoria delle imposte" del fiolosofo ed anarchico Pierre Joseph Proudhon (1809-1865); la quinta alcuni capitoli estratti dal sunto della "Scienza economica" di Antoine Elise Cherbulier (1797-1869); la sesta alcuni capitoli estratti dalla "Teoria delle imposte" di Royer.
