All'interno le pagine si presentano in buone condizioni con fioriture. Edition of 1887 of this important text about the history of political sciences in its relationship with moral by the phylosopher Paul Janet (1823-1899). Janet in this monumental work analyzes the history of political science from ancient oriental civilizations.<BR>The work was made up of two volumes, unfortunately we have only the first volume. Among the issues treated: moral and politic of India, of Greece; Aristotle, Plato, Cicero; the christianism and Middle Age (Saint Tommaso d'Acquino; Dante); renaissance (Machiavelli). Editorial cover in bad general conditions with wearings in the edges; spine with adhesive tape and back plate missing. Binding in bad conditions with cracks. Inside pages are in good conditions with foxings.
