Bella edizione Zatta del 1788 di questa opera dello storico veneziano Domenico Caminer (1731-1796) autore di molte opere storiografiche e fondatore del Giornale Enciclopedico, mensile stampato a Venezia dal 1774 al 1782. L'opera tratta delle guerre e delle rivoluzioni che attraversarono l'Europa e gli immediati dintorni tra il 1780 e 1810. L'opera era composta da 41 tomi, siamo purtroppo in possesso solo del secondo tomo sulla Guerra russo-turca. All'interno sono presenti quattro incisioni: ritratto di Giuseppe II, Abdu Hamid Gran Signore dei Turchi, mappa ripiegata "La piccola Tartaria colla Crimea" (purtroppo strappata in due parti), Prospetto della Fortezza di Oczakow. In buone condizioni. Copertina morbida decorata coeva in mediocri condizioni generali con usure e mancanze ai margini e dorso. Legatura in mediocri condizioni con rotture. All'interno le pagine si presentano in buone condizioni con rare fioriture. Macchie di inchiostro a pag. 127 e alla veduta della fortezza con perdita di qualche lettera.In 8. Dim. 19x13 cm. Pp. 144+LXIV.Beautiful Zatta edition of 1788 of this work by the venetian historian Domenico Caminer (1731-1796) author of different historical works and establisher of Giornale Enciclopedico, monthly magazine published in Venice from 1774 to 1782.<BR><BR>The work talks about wars and revolutions which afected Europe and surroundings between 1780 and 1810. The work was made up of 41 tomes, we only have the second tome about russian turkishb war.<BR><BR>Inside there are four engravingsi: portrait of Giuseppe II, Abdu Hamid Gran Signore dei Turchi, folded map "La piccola Tartaria colla Crimea" (unfortunately teared into two parts), View of Fortezza di Oczakow. In good conditions. Soft decorated cover in poor general conditions lightly worn in the extremities. Binding in poor conditions with cracks. Pages in good conditions with occasional foxing. Ink's stain in pag. 127 and in the view of the fortress qwith loss of some letters. In 8. Dim. 19x13 cm. Pp. 144+LXIV.
