Interessante pubblicazione del 1929 di Guido De Cupis sulla "Casa dell'automobile" a Roma, avvenieristico grande garage multipiano d'Italia realizzato in piazza Verdi. La struttura poteva ospitare 1000 auto in previsione del futuro incremento automobilistico con conseguenti problemi di parcheggi. Venne demolito negli anni '60 per far posto a palazzi per uffici. Il volume è contemporaneo all'inaugurazione dell'edificio. Nella prima parte lista del consiglio di amministrazione, segue la descrizione. Alla fine sono presenti diciotto tavole fuori testo che mostrano vedute esterne e interne dell'edificio e mappe. In discrete condizioni. Copertina editoriale in buone condizioni con lievi usure ai margini e dorso. Legatura in discrete condizioni con rotture e qualche pagina staccata. Pagine in ottime condizioni con rare fioriture.
