Bella edizione del 1693 di questa Opera omnia del celebre giurista milanese e teologo Martino Bonacina (1585-1631). Bonacina insegnò diritto canonico e civile e le sue opere ebbero il compito di divulgare principi e decreti dogmatici emersi dal Concilio di Trento. L'opera era formata da tre tomi, siamo in possesso del primo tomo solamente. All'interno i celebri trattati "De Sacramentis", "De matrimonio", "De censuris" (assoluzione della censura, scomunica, scomunica dalle eresie, sospensione, interdizione, irregolarità casuate dai delitti e omicidi), "De horis canonicis", "De clausura", De Simonia", De alienatione bonorum ecclesiasticorum, De largitione numerum regularibus interdicta, De beneficiariorum residentia, De fructibus beneficiorum rite impendendis, De obligatione denunciandi deliquentes praesertim haereticos et confessarios ad turpia sollicitantes ecc.. Ampie parti dedicate alle scomuniche e alle censure con relative tabelle.<BR>Bellissima legatura in piena pergamena coeva con titolo manoscritto al dorso.<BR>Frontespizi in rosso e nero con bella vignetta. Finissime testatine e finalini che rappresentano una sirena, vedute e la Trinità. Amtiche note manoscritte all'occhietto. Grandi dimensioni. Colalzionata e risultata completa. Copertina in piena pergamena a cinque nervi con titolo manoscritto al dorso in buone condizioni generali con lievi usure e parti mancanti ai margini e dorso. Legatura in buone condizioni. Prima pagina di sguardia e frontespizio in parte staccati. All'interno le pagine si presentano in buone condizioni con fioriture, qualche gora d'umidità marginale e bruniture. In folio.
