Luogo di pubblicazione falso (Lugano invece Venezia); nome dell'editore nella licenza di stampa (Andrea Rapetti). L'opera di chiaro stampo anticlericale narra la divertente storia di un pappagallo conteso dalle suore di due conventi. Il malcontento dell'Ordine dei Gesuitì finì per porre finire al suo periodo di noviziato ma gli valse la celebrità. Tagli marmorizzati. In buone condizioni e completo. Copertina assente. Very scarce first italian edition of 1763 of the "Vert-vert" by the french poet and drama writer Jean Baptiste Louis Gresset (1709-1777). False place of publishing (Lugano instead of Venezia); name of the editor in the publishing license (Andrea Rapetti). The work os clear antic lergy mark talks about the funny story of a parrott who lived in a convent of Nevers. The order of Jesuits were not happy of the pome and Gresset was forced to leave the Order of Jesuits but became famous. Marbled external edges of pages In good conditions and complete. Cover lacks.
