All'inizio incisione con la disposizione dei piatti in tavola e istruzioni generali con regole di galateo e di cucina come il taglio della carne, la panificazione, conservazione delle sostanze alimentari ecc.. Seguono ricette di confetture (sia dolci che salate) e pietanze varie. In buone condizioni. Copertina in mezza pergamena muta in discrete condizioni con usure marginali. Angolo inferiore del piatto posteriore è assente. Legatura in buone condizioni. Pagine in buone condizioni con fioriture. Rinforzo al margine destro di pag. 96. Ultima pagina di indice staccata ma presente. Occhietto mancante. Bruniture. In 16. cm. 16x11,5. Pp. 383. Scarce volume of recipes of 1871, a collection of typical italian recipes. At the beginning engraving with a lunch table and general instructions of good manners, disposizion of dishes, cutting of meat, preparation of bread, conservation of food ecc.. Then recipes of sweet and salad jams and different recipes. In good conditions. Half parchment cover in fair conditions lightly worn in the extremities. Lower corner of back plate lacks. Binding in good conditions. Pages in good conditions with foxing. Reinforcemnt in the right edge of pag. 96. Last page of index detached but present. False title page lacks. Occhietto mancante.
