Il testo descrive in breve la sudditanza siciliana e il loro diritto ad avere una costituzione propria. Con la Rivoluzione siciliana del 1848 la Sicilia si rese indipendente formando un proprio stato dal 25 marzo 1848 al 15 maggio 1849 quando venne riconquistata dalle truppe borboniche. Very scarce document, not dated but of 1848 circa written after the Neapolitan revolution of 29th of january 1848. the text describes briefly the submission of Sicily and its right to have its own constitution. After the sicilian Revolution of 1848 Sicioly became independent establishing its own state from 25th of march 1848 to 15th of may 1849 when it was reconquered by Borbone troops.
