Edizione del 1755 di questo dizionario italiano, latino e francese scritto da Annibale Antonini (1702-1755) nato a Salerno forse a San Biagiosa o a Cuccaro. Antonini studiò a Napoli e dopo aver viaggiato molto in Europa si installò dal 1726 a Parigi dove insegnò italiano ed esplicò un'intensa attività di grammatica, lessicografo, traduttore ed editore di classici. L'opera è formata da due tomi ed è completa. Il primo tomo contiene i termini dall'italiano al latino e francese, il secondo i termini dal francese al latino e italiano. Bella legatura in piena pergamena coeva con titolo manoscritto al dorso. Opera collazionata e risultata completa. Antiche note manoscritte alla prima pagina di sguardia e firma al frontespizio. In buone condizioni. Copertina in piena pergamena coeva con titolo manoscritto al dorso in buone condizioni generali con usure e mancanze ai margini e dorso. Legatura in buone condizioni. Antonini studied in Naples and after travelling a lot in Europe installed from 1726 in Paris where he teached italian and had a huge activity of grammar teacher, lexicographer translator and editor of classics. The work is made up of two tomes and it is complete. The first tome contains words from italian to latin and french, the second tome from french to italian and latin. Handwritten notes in the first endpage and signature in the title page. Beautiful full parchment coeval cove with handwritten title in the spine. Collationed complete work. In good conditions Full parchment cover with handwritten title in the spine in good general conditions lightly worn in the extremities. Binding in good conditions.
