In-8 p., cartonato moderno, titolo oro su tassello al dorso, pp. (4),240, con 47 inc. su legno nel testo, anche a piena pagina, ed 1 carta geografica più volte ripiegata fuori testo, della Selva Nera e il Bacino del Reno tra Sciaffusa (Schaffhouse) ed Heidelberg. Al frontespizio vengono citate 36 incisioni.., ma in realtà sono 47, come elencate in indice. Timbro di appartenenza all'occhietto; pagine lievemente ingiallite (solo l'ultima è uniformemente brunita) per la qualità della carta, peraltro in buono stato.
