Front plate is detached (see the photo). Binding is almost missing. Inside pages are in very good conditions with occasional foxings. First map with worn edges.

Bel exemplaire. Voyages d’études de deux professeurs de l’Académie d’Alger. Emile Gautier pousse jusqu’à Tabelbalet et les premières dunes des erg Iguidi et Ech-Chech. Avec Chudau, en 1905, la mission gagne l’Adrar Ahnet puis In Zita . Gautier poursuit jusqu’à Gao et Chudeau prend le chemin du Hoggar.
