Edizione del 1819-22 di questa interessante opera di diritto del Regno delle due Sicilie scritto dal Barone Francesco Magliano e dall'avvocato Filippo Carrillo. Si tratta di un commentario sulla prima parte del codice sulle leggi civili. L'opera era composta da sette volumi, siamo purtroppo in possesso solo del quinto tomo. All'interno: Del contratto di matrimonio e dei diritti rispettivi de coniugi (la dote, comunione escioglimento), Della vendita (vendita e garanzia), Del contratto di locazione (cose, case e beni rusticiindustrie, cossio ecc..), Dell'enfiteusi, Del contratto di società, Del prestito, del deposito e del sequestro, De contratti aleatori (gioco e scommessa, contratto vitalizio), Del mandato ecc... In buone condizioni e completo. Copertina in mezza pelle con titolo e decorazioni in oro al dorso in mediocri condizioni generali con usure e parti mancanti ai margini e dorso. Legatura in mediocri condizioni con rotture. All'interno le pagine si presentano in buone condizioni con rare fioriture. Lievi gore d'umidità. Piccolo segno di tarlo al frontespizio. Edition of 1819-22 of this interesting work of right of Regno delle due Sicilie written by Francesco Magliano and by the lawyer Filippo Carrillo. It is a commentary about the first part of the civil code. The work was made up of the seven tomes, unfortunately we only have the fifth tome. Inside: marriage and right of married people, Selling, rental, Contract of society, deposit, games, contract ecc... In good conditions and complete. Half leather cover with golden title and decorations in the spine in poor general conditions with wearings and missing parts in the edges and spine. Binding in poor conditions with cracks. Inside pages are in good conditions with occasional foxings. Slight water stains. Little worming in the title page.
